O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the proceeding as per 1st respondent's communication Na.Ka.No.3715/2009/B1 dated 16.02.2009 and to pay entire compensation with solacium and interest and other lawful amount if any by considering petitioners representation dated 19.05.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she submitted a representation dated 19.05.2017 to the 1st respondent, claiming enhancement of compensation to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/- per cent as per the prevailing market and pay the same with solacium, interest and other charges, in respect of the land acquired from her for the purpose of Airport extension. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.05.2017 submitted by the petitioner and pass suitable orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the light of the communication of the 1st respondent dated 16.02.2009.

6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
