land at the Main Road - Madavalayam comprised in re-survey No.812/1 of Chenbagaramanputhoor Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District and consequently, direct the 7th Respondent to shift his beef shop to the nearby market area of Madavalayam Panchayat, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District, within a period as stipulated by this Court.
