2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner promised the complainants to arrange the job, later cheated them to the tune of Rs.2,35,00,000/-. Now, all the complaints have been forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Sivagangai, which are stated to be pending.

3. Since the allegation made against the petitioner to the effect that he cheated the complainants after receiving huge amount, he must appear before the District Crime Branch, Sivagangai, and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. If any trouble arise during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of harassment here. Since the District Crime Branch, Sivagangai, has taken up the enquiry now, Crl.O.P(MD) No.10210 of 2023 has become unnecessary.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10130 stands disposed of and Crl.O.P(MD) No.10210 of 2023 stands disposed as unnecessary. 14.06.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Indu 3/4
