COMMON PRAYER:Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioners from the post of Chatram Manager to the post of Junior Assistant from the eligible date in Chatram Administration and permit the petitioners to write departmental examinations for another promotion to the post of Assistant and to pay service and monetary benefits in the promotional post with the arrears within stipulated time.
