Reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action in view of ''Ex-communication'' under the criminal law pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. Reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

No.14691 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 28.06.2021. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
