ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the fourth respondent borrowed money from the petitioner herein, for which, the fourth respondent issued cheque towards discharged of liability. Thereafter, the fourth respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner by making some sort of false allegation and the same was registered in Crime No.13 of 2023.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the fourth respondent approached one Usha Devi and her son and borrowed a some amount, to that effect he has also handed over his cheque book as security purpose. Thereafter, the cheque was misused by the petitioner and also submitted that the fourth respondent is going to initiate proceedings under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, against the petitioner. 2/4

4. In view of the above, the parties are directed to workout his remedy in the pending investigation in Crime No.13 of 2023. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
