PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Respondent No.1 and 2 to withdraw and transfer the case in Crime No.482 of 2021 dated 08.08.2021, on the filed of Respondent No.8 and entrust the same to the Respondent No.4 for conduct investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw and transfer the case in Crime No.482 of 2021 dated 08.08.2021, on the filed of eight respondent and entrust the same to the fourth respondent for conducting investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.482 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No.218 of 2021, wherein the accused persons pleaded guilty and paid the fine amount, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.
