This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8152 of 2025 on 30.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8152 of 2025 on 30.04.2025, regularly and he prayed for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that till date the condition has been complied with.
