This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action under the criminal law pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 29.03.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. Reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 26.02.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
