O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned transfer order passed by the first respondent in Ref:187/CA2/HRD/TNSTC/MDU/2021 dated 05.08.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pass a reasonable order by considering medical health grounds.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. When the Writ Petition was taken up for admission, in which the transfer order passed by the transport corporation dated 05.08.2021 was under challenge, on instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation brought to the notice of this court that the said transfer order dated on 05.08.2021 was cancelled by the respondent corporation.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, which is placed on record, as the impugned transfer order dated 05.08.2021 passed by the respondent corporation has been cancelled, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
6. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
