This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is a land broker, third respondent approached him to purchase land. In respect of which, agreement was entered between them. As per the agreement, the third respondent had to pay balance sale consideration of Rs.51 lakhs, but later fourth respondent returned the above said advance amount of Rs.16,00,000/- because the third respondent did not come forward to settle the said transaction. The third respondent is making allegations against the petitioner before the second respondent, the second respondent directs the petitioner to pay Rs.50,000/- to the third respondent and also harassed the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.527 of 2019. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner himself given an undertaking to pay the balance amount to the third respondent on or before 29.07.2021. Based on the under taking given by the petitioner, the case was closed by observing that it is a purely civil dispute.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, since the petitioner himself has agreed to pay the amount. There is no question of harassment at this stage.
