ORDER

The petitioner wants survey to be conducted for the petition mentioned land.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that patta does not stand in the petitioner's name. It is in the name of Boodhan Board. It is true that the petitioner appears to be in possession. Tax receipts have been issued in her name. But that may not be sufficient. Unless the applicant is a patta holder, one cannot ask for conducting survey.
