O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to issue the No Graduate Certificate in respect of the petitioner in pursuant to the online Application submitted by the petitioner vide Application No.

2017/0201/13/005087 dated 01.09.2017.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he belongs to B.C.Community and got medical admission at Raja Muthiah Medical College. The petitioner has applied through online to the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent on 01.09.2017 for obtaining No Graduate Certificate for the purpose of availing the benefits of scholarship as provided under G.O.Ms.No.85 dated 16.04.2010. It is the grievance of the petitioner that pursuant to the delay on the part of the respondents 1 and 2 in disposal of the said application, which is said to be forwarded to the 3rd respondent, the 4th respondent University started pressurizing the petitioner for payment of fees. Hence, aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for R1 to R3 would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the application of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed thereon at an early date.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.09.2017 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order based on the recommendation of the 2nd respondent dated 14.09.2017 in the light of the Government Letter dated 31.05.2010.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
