O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner with the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that there was money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. In respect of which, case in STC No.869/2020 is pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Neiyantrinkarai, Kerala. The compliant came to be closed on 14.08.2021 and the parties were directed to workout their remedy before the appropriate forum.

3. Since it appears that there was money dispute between the parties and case is pending before the concerned court, hence, there is no question of harassment arises. Accordingly, this petition is disposed as infructuous.
