Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner in essence seeks relief against a private property. Such relief cannot be granted in exercise of writ jurisdiction. The petitioner would have to necessarily go before the jurisdictional civil Court for getting appropriate relief. If the petitioner is having grievance regarding the orders passed in writ jurisdiction, the petitioner may apply for review. Filing this writ petition is clearly misconceived. 3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.06.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No MGA To 1.The District Collector, O/o.The District Collectorate Office, 2.The Revenue Divisional Officer, O/o.The Revenue Divisional Officer,
