O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the sixth respondent for creating false record with regard to her attendance register at All Women Police Station, Trichy District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel takes notice for the sixth respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3 It is represented that action has been initiated by the official respondents by issuing a show-cause notice, dated 02.02.2017 and that the Petitioner has submitted that he is going to submit his reply within a week from 02.02.2017 i.e., before 10.02.2017.

4.In view of the submission made by the parties and that action has already been initiated, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. It is open to the authorities concerned to proceed further in accordance with law and bring the issue to a logical conclusion.

5.With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
