This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his labours based on his complaint dated 12.06.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contentions raised in the affidavit.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would state that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.06.2020, the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 were called for enquiry and during enquiry, both parties have stated that they will seek their remedy before the civil forum and based on the above statement, the complaint was closed on 11.10.2020. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.
