ORDER

None appears for the writ petitioner. However, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions states that R.S.No.107, Madakulam Village is very much a water body and that when survey was conducted, encroachments were noticed. The Commissioner, Madurai Corporation has been duly intimated about the same. The third respondent is directed to adhere to due process of law and clear all the encroachments in the petition mentioned water body. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
