This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant permission for running a petty shop in the newly established Taluk Office of Ponnamaravathy Taluk at Ponnamaravathy and also in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's request was already rejected by the respondents and it is also communicated to the party.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
