PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere into the civil disputes, which is now pending between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 in O.S.No.128/2019, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gandarvakottai, Pudukottai District. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein, not to interfere with the civil dispute, which is now pending between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 in O.S.No.128/2019, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gandarvakottai, Pudukottai District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.10.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
