Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give permission to erect name board of the petitioner's Auto-rickshaw Association at opposite to Tamil Nadu Housing Board, outside of Meenakshiamman Temple Parking area, Ellis Nagar 70 feet Road, Madurai City, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 and 14.05.2025 within a stipulated period.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to erect the name board of the petitioner's Auto-rickshaw Association opposite to the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, outside of Meenakshiamman Temple Parking area, Ellis Nagar 70 feet Road, Madurai City, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 and 14.05.2025 within a stipulated period.
2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 06.05.2025 seeking permission to erect the name board of the petitioner's Auto-rickshaw Association opposite to the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, outside of Meenakshiamman Temple Parking area, Ellis Nagar 70 feet Road, Madurai City. But, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted another representation to the respondents on 14.05.2025. Despite the same, the respondents have not 2/4
considered the said representation. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 06.05.2025 and 14.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
