************ By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken for final disposal.

2.The petitioner school is an aided Minority Institution. The petitioner school appointed one Seenithai Jeya Amudha as Record Clerk in the vacancy which arose due to the retirement of the erstwhile incumbent K.Merwin Jeya, who retired on 30.06.2011. After appointing one Seenithai Jeya Amudha as Record Clerk, in a sanctioned post, the petitioner school has sent a proposal to the respondent on 13.04.2016, seeking approval of the said appointment. Since, the said proposal is pending consideration, the petitioner school has come to this Court with the present writ petition.

3.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents seeks four weeks time to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner school.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the respondent to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner School dated 13.04.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
