ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to direct the respondents to ensure the petitioner and his community people are permitted to carry out the black stone laying work in the entire Temple premises as per the work order, dated 05.03.2025.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the third respondent herein has passed an order on 05.03.2025 allotting certain works to the petitioner and his community people. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the fourth respondent is not complying with the orders of the third respondent. 2/5
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, on instructions, submits that they will fully comply with the orders of the third respondent, dated 05.03.2025. The said undertaking is recorded.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
