ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.48 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.48 of 2025, wherein, the petitioners are alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 498(A) an 406 of IPC.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, an action-dropped report was submitted before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, on 28.03.2026; therefore, no further course of action is contemplated in the said crime number.
