Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 354 and 379 (NP) IPC, altered into Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 354 I.P.C, in Crime No.151 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner is the wife of the A2 and the second petitioner is the wife of the A1 in this case. There was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, with regard to the grazing of cattle. Due to which, the petitioners along with other accused persons attacked the defacto complainant and also snatched away a gold chain belonging to the complainant. Hence a case has been registered. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the petitioners' name was not found in the F.I.R and the petitioners' complicity is not still to be proved. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
