ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 13.05.2025 made in I.A.No.1697 of 2025 in S.A.No.311 of 2025 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

2. At the admission stage, the petitioner also obtained interim stay and it is in force till today.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that let the stay order may continue and the Tribunal may be directed to dispose the main second appeal within the stipulated time.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the interim order granted by this Court shall continue till the disposal of the second appeals. 3/5

5. The Tribunal is directed to dispose the second appeal in S.A.No. 311 of 2025 along with S.A.No.836 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
