Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and fix the boundary of the Petitioner's land in Old.S.No.303/1, New S.No.303/44, Koodalur Village, Koodalur Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District based on the Petitioner's representation dated 16.8.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and fix the boundary of the Petitioner's land in Old.S.No.303/1, New S.No.303/44, Koodalur Village, Koodalur Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District based on the Petitioner's representation dated 16.8.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4..The case of the Petitioner is that he owns a land in Old.S.No.303/1, New S.No.303/44, Koodalur Village, Koodalur Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner has also paid the prescribed fees to survey his land on 8.6.2017 and sent a representation to the respondents on 16.08.2017. Since no response from the respondents, the present Writ Petition is filed. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 16.08.

2017 on merits and in accordance with law and take appropriate action on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
