This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.3566 of 2026, dated 20.02.2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition and nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.6(c) imposed in the order, dated 20.01.2026 in toto. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
