Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents vehemently submitted that the application submitted by the writ petitioner is hopelessly time barred. Before I could hear 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.14893 OF 2022 the matter further, the learned Special Government Pleader informed the Court that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kodaikanal, had passed an order bearing Na.Ka. No.1509/2021/A2 dated 25.08.2022 accepting the case of the writ petitioner.

3. It is for the private respondents to question the same in the manner known to law. No further order is required in this writ petition. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
