This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate Police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 25.10.2021.
