O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to Learned III Additional District and Sessions Court (P.C.R.Court), Madurai, under the SC/ST Act to consider of the bail application on the surrender of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.921 of 2021, pending investigation on the file of the second respondent on merits on the same day.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that both the petitioners are having previous cases in Crime No. 907 of 2021 on the file of the K.Pudur Police Station.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in that case, bail has been granted and now the petitioners are on bail. The case has been registered in Crime No.907 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 379 (NP) IPC.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No11684 of 2021 4,Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this court is not inclined to issue such direction. On that ground this petition is dismissed.
