ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner had participated in the petition mentioned recruitment process held for the year 2019. Though he was successful in the tests he was not sent for training. It appears that the petitioner was involved in criminal case. It is said to have been quashed. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 22.08.2022. But no order has been passed thereon. The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
