Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining the impugned order in ROC.No.A1/01/2018 dt.08.09.18 on the file of the respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioners claim for alternative alignment by laying the National Highway from Kayampatti road to ayilankudi Road within the time frame stipulated by this Honble Court.
