This petition has been filed seeking direction to first the first respondent to provide the adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner's life and limb.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) the petitioner is the habitual offender and also a history sheeted rowdy and he is involved in so many previous cases and only to escape from the clutches of law the present petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner.
