ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks subdivisioning of the petition mentioned property and issuance of separate patta.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent points out that before considering the petitioner's request, field survey must be conducted. I therefore direct the respondent to first conduct survey and also effect subdivision and then issue separate patta in favour of the writ petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent is permitted to seek the aid of the local police and the local police are directed to grant police protection for carrying out the petition mentioned exercise. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
