Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to make correction in respect of his wife's name in his son's birth register. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation before the respondent.

3.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass an appropriate order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
