This Contempt Petition has been filed to take cognizance of this complaint and issue process to the contemnors and as such try them under section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1971, and further punish them by awarding maximum punishment provided in the said Act in view of their deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No. 28389 of 2022, dated 19-12-2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that the order of this Court dated 19.12.2022 made in W.P(MD).No.28389 of 2022 has been complied with.
