ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader based on the written instructions from the fourth respondent submitted that the petitioner's request cannot be granted. It appears that the property has been classified as "lane" in the revenue record. 4.Be that as it may, the fourth respondent is directed to intimate the writ petitioner in writing by passing a formal order. This shall be done within a 2/4

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to the writ petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.
