ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to make a Gazette Publication about the dissolution of the petitioners' partnership firm as per Section 72 of the Partnership Act, 1932 within the time fixed by this Court.
2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that despite they have placed the application before the concerned Department for publication the Government Gazette, so far it has not been published.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that they have already forwarded the said application to 2/5
the Government press. However, it has been returned on the ground that the petitioners have not signed in the application form.
4. Considering the above said facts, the respondent authorities are directed to effect publication in the Government Gazette as and when the petitioners comply with the return order passed by the Government press. The said exercise shall be completed, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date on which the petitioners' comply with the return order passed by the Government press. The petitioners are directed to approach the third respondent for complying with the return order.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
