For Petitioner : Mr.K.Appadurai in all cases For Respondents : Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss in all cases Special Government Pleader ***** COMMON ORDER The Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.14859 of 2020 has been filed, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey, measurement and fix boundaries of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.278/2A3 situated in Sivagnanapuram Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of registered sale deed dated 23.05.1988 within a reasonable time. 2.The Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.14863 of 2020 has been filed, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to conduct survey, measurement and fix boundaries of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.277/3 and 277/6A, situated in Sivagnanapuram Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of registered relinquishment deed dated 04.02.2020 within a reasonable time.

3.The Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.14860 of 2020 has been filed, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2/4

herein to conduct survey, measurement and fix boundaries of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.278/1 and 278/2A1, situated in Sivagnanapuram Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District within a reasonable time.

4.When the matters are taken up for hearing, Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the photos and compact discs submitted that survey has already been conducted and report has also been submitted. Hence, no further order is necessary in these Writ Petitions and the same may be dismissed.

5.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the survey has not been conducted properly and direction may be issued to the respondents to conduct re-survey in respect of the above lands.

6.This Court perused the photographs submitted by the Special Government Pleader and satisfied that survey has been conducted by the respondents. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain these Writ Petitions and accordingly, all the three Writ Petitions are dismissed. If the petitioners got any grievance, they can agitate the matter before the appropriate forum and not before this Court. No costs.

7.Registry is directed to return the Photographs and Compact Discs containing survey report to Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader shall furnish a copy of the same to the petitioners so as to enable them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
