This petition is filed to issue a direction directing the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.110 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time period. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.110 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and action dropped report was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti on 01.03.2021 and RCS notice was served upon the petitioner.
