Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.5855/2021 dated 18.05.2023 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to restore the possession and the property of the petitioner ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court"and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 13.06.2023 and the requisition letter submitted Debts Recovery Tribunal Madurai, dated 18.09.2023, seeking further extension of four months time to dispose of the said Sarfasi Application.Nos.
119 to 121 of 2023 and 175 of 2023, this Court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This Court, by order dated 13.06.2023, directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.Nos.119 to 121 of 2023 and 175 of 2023, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. More than six weeks have lapsed now.
3. A request letter, dated 18.09.2023, is received from the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, seeking four months time to dispose of the said S.A.Nos.119 to 121 of 2023 and 175 of 2023.
4. In view of the reasons given in the letter, dated 18.09.2023, time is 2/4
extended by four months from today, finally, for the disposal of S.A.Nos.119 to 121 of 2023 and 175 of 2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted at any cost.
