ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1957 in Crime No.81 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported three units of river sand by using lorry bearing registration No.TN30P9261. Hence, the present case has been registered.

3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having three similar cases in Cr.Nos.43 of 2018, 77 of 2019 and 24 of 2020.

petitioner and the bad antecedents of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
