O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law based on his representation dated 02.06.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint is pending against the petitioner in the second respondent's Police Station. But another complaint has been given by the third repsondent is pending before the North Police Station, Karaikudi, in C.S.R.No.616 of 2023 against the petitioner and her husband.
3. Since only the second respondent is appeared before this Court, the petitioner can workout his remedy by filing proper petition before this Court by impleading the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Karaikudi.
4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
