Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Special Court (PCR Act Cases) Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the petitioner concerned in Crime No.407 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District/the 2nd respondent herein and pass orders on the same day on his surrender if any petition filed by the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Special Court (PCR Act Cases), Ramanathapuram to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the date of surrender in connection with Crime No.407 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11696 of 2021 the petitioner warrant no consideration of this petition for giving such direction. So, this petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly, it stands dismissed.
