JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.SRIMATHY,J.) This writ appeal is filed to set aside the order dated 22.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.11639 of 2025.

2. The petitioner is working as the Chief Head Warder at the Special Prison for Women, Madurai. By the impugned proceedings, the first respondent passed the order transferring the petitioner from Madurai to Vellore. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the writ petition. However, the learned single Judge disposed of the writ petition, permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent requesting to accommodate her at any nearby place to Madurai. As against the said order, the petitioner filed the present writ appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now there a vacancy in Trichy Special Prison for Women.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents also admitted the same.

5. In view of the above submissions, the respondents are directed to accommodate the petitioner in the above-said place at Trichy by considering her representation.

6. This writ appeal is disposed of with the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (S.S.Y, J.)
