RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 6537/2021 dated 06.05.2021 in conection with Crime No. 127 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, COUNSEL FOR GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6537 of 2021, dated 06.05.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 12.07.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
