ORDER : The Court made the following order : This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.1690 of 2021, dated 12.08.2021, in and by which, the petitioner was granted bail and was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Ramanathapuram.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditions imposed by the Court below has been complied with by the petitioner, as such, the prayer sought for in this application has become infructuous. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
