PRAYER IN CRL.A(MD)No.587 of 2019:

To call for the records in C.C.No.172 of 2018 dated 30.09.2019 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SUGADEV, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10805 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.587 of 2019, dated 02.03.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10805 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.587 of 2019, dated 02.03.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.6039 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10805 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.587 of 2019, dated 02.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in two weeks i.e., on the first working day of every two weeks at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
