O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2017 and direct the 2nd respondent to release the Doc.No.2238 of 2017 without any further delay.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2. Despite notice to R3 and the name being printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of R3.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased a land from R3, issued a Cheque No.869582 dated 17.08.2017 in respect thereof, as insisted by him and on receipt of the cheque, R3 also handed over the original title deeds to the petitioner. When the petitioner's husband approached the 2nd respondent for return of the document, he had refused to hand over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same for the reasons best known to him, which compelled the petitioner to submit a representation dated 09.09.2017 to the respondents 1 & 2. Since there was no response on the said representation so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to them, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2017 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any.

6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
